BANK OF BARODA (TRIVANDRUM REGION) REQUIRES PREMISES ON LEASE FOR ACCOMODATING OUR ERSTWHILE VIJAYA BANK BRANCH

Bank of Baroda, Regional Office, Trivandrum invites offers from owners for acquiring of ready built premises (Ground Floor) within the same municipal revenue unit of Chinnakada, Kollam Dist. to accommodate its eVijaya Bank (Now Bank of Baroda), Kollam Branch having carpet area of approximately 1600-1800 Sqft with adequate 4W/2W parking.

Owners should have clear and marketable title, Building User Certificate from Panchayat office and also permission to use the property for commercial use with 3 phase electricity, 6C connection with adequate electrical load. It should also have accessibility to terrace with un- obstructed space for mounting V-Sat installation, AC out door units, if required. The lease period shall be for a minimum period of 15 years with provision for escalation after 5 years. It is to be noted that the carpet area of the selected premises may vary subject to the premises conditions while acquiring premises.

1) Technical Bid “TB” should contain full technical details viz. Location, with detailed address, plan drawn to scale along with copy of sanctioned plan, BUC certificate, carpet area, specification of internal finishes, amenities, parking facility etc. No indication as to price aspect be given in “Technical B id”

2) Financial bid “FB” should contain strictly financial details viz. Rate of rental per sq.ft, including municipal taxes etc. The price bid shall contain nothing but price aspect of premises without any conditions. Carpet area shall be internally finished wall to wall area measurements including all internal partitions, Walls, Columns, Door jams, Balconies, Bathrooms, Lavatories and Kitchen and Pantry but excluding Shafts/Ducts, Stilt, Covered/open parking spaces, Lifts, Staircase, Lobbies, Open terraces, Pump room, Flower Bed, Loft portion, Watchmen/s Chowky, Storage tanks, Chajja, Canopies, Worship places etc. The builders or landlords should strictly quote as per the above carpet area definition.

o In case of any holiday/strike or any kind of Bundh coincides with the last date of submission; will automatically shift to the next working day with same time of tender opening for which bidders/representatives of bidders should be present.

Note

Bank will entertain offers of premises from those parties only who have clear and marketable title in the name of the owners, copy of approved plan, and permission to use the property for commercial purposes, issued by the Panchayat Office and true copies of same are to be submitted with technical bid.

Tender opening

Tender bids (technical) shall be opened on the same day (05.11.2020) at 3:30 p.m. in presence of available bidders/representatives of bidders present. Bidders are requested to be present for tender opening as no separate information will be given to them for being present in tender opening. Price/Financial bids of those technically qualified bidders shall be opened at a later date, intimation regarding the same shall be given to all technically qualified bidders. Bank reserves the right to reject any tender, at any stage, without assigning any reason thereof.
