These are focused on the needs of practitioners and activists engaged in the field and committed to social and personal change (e.g.,psychoanalytic studies, bodymind healing, human sexuality, psychosocial theory and intervention).

Provost (Chief Academic Officer) and Professor of Psychology Northcentral University, 2009/2007-2010

▫ Responsible for all academic functions of a for-profit University that is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Region. Northcentral University currently serves 9,500 students from over 75 countries. Over 70% are in doctoral programs in Business and Technology Management, Behavioral and Health Sciences, and Education. Educational delivery is 100% online, utilizing a cutting-edge proprietary platform. All courses are asynchronous, delivered by a unique system of one-on-one Faculty mentoring.

▫ Responsible for all academic procedures and processes, including strategic planning, financial oversight, accreditation/licensing, assessment, enrollment management, retention efforts, instructional design and delivery, and the development of new specializations and academic programs.

▫ Directly responsible for planning, implementation and oversight of the academic budget of approximately $22 million (instructional expenses, salaries, and operational costs. Also, participates actively in the development of the University‟s overall budget.

▫ The Provost‟s managerial responsibilities included approximately 500 Adjunct Faculty, 50 Core Faculty, and 40 Academic Staff. While Provost, I was active in successful reaccreditation efforts with the Higher Learning Commission, as well as leading professional accreditation initiatives for various programs and specializations.

▫ While Provost, I also for various interim periods functioned as Acting Dean of the College of Business and Technology Management as well as Acting Dean of the College of Education.

▫ During my tenure as Provost, the University experienced an unparalleled period of growth and pedagogic development.
