Stockwell will be found just 200 yards further along on the left hand side. From Modbury follow the A379 signposted to Kingsbridge. Proceed through the village of Aveton Gifford and proceed straight across the roundabout continuing along the A379. At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted to Thurleston on the B3197. Proceed along this road for approximately one mile and take the left turn signposted to West Alvington. Turn left on the A381 and proceed into the village of West Alvington. Take the right hand turn after the school into Lower Street. Follow the road down the hill and take the right hand fork just after Townsend Road. Stockwell will be found just 200 yards further along on the left hand side.
