Resolutions

The Dlstrict & Sessions Judge discussed with the representative of Deputy Commissioner of Charaideo, Sonari for allotting space for the accommodation of the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Charaideo at Sonari, and also requested to take steps for enhancement of Jail inmate's capacity in the Jail charaideo, sonari. The District & Sessions Judge discussed with the Superintendent of police of Sivasagar & Superintendent of Police of Charaideo,Sonari present in the meeting about the services of process in the districts in the last months and execution of pending warrants. The District & Sessions Judge also requested both the Superintendent of police to look into the matter of submission of incomplete reports on calling Case Diaries from l/O. The Superintendent of Police of Sivasagar has raised the issue of carrying UTp's from Nazira Court to Sivasagar District Jail and the Deputy Commissioner Sivasagar has assured to take steps in this regard. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks from the District & Sessions Judge, Sivasagar.
