Free after 3pm Please be aware that in addition to Tendring District Council offering a free car park permit for every household the Council is operating free after 3pm parking for everyone. All TDC car parks are free from 3pm to 8am. The High Street car park opposite the Princes Theatre, accessible from Carnarvon Road is free to everyone from 3pm to 8am and has space for up to 200 cars all evening, ground level only. The car park is well lit and also covered by CCTV and regular security patrols.
