FOX Sports embarks on its 20th season of NASCAR coverage with DAYTONA SPEEDWEEKS coverage, beginning with final practice on Saturday, Feb. 8 (11:30 AM ET) on FS1 and culminating with the 62nd DAYTONA 500 on Sunday, Feb. 16 (2:30 PM ET) on FOX.

The “Great American Race,” broadcast on FOX for the 17th year, is streamed live in English and Spanish through the FOX Sports app. , the No. 1 U.S. sports network in Spanish, offers live coverage of 11 NASCAR CUP SERIES races this season, beginning with the DAYTONA 500.

FOX Sports delivers 14 NASCAR XFINITY SERIES races in 2020, beginning with the season opener at Daytona, as well as the full NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES schedule. PLAY-BY-PLAY ANNOUNCERS/RACE ANALYSTS

MIKE JOY Broadcasting veteran brings 50 years of motor sports experience to the booth as lead race announcer for FOX NASCAR in 2020, his 20th consecutive season with the network. Joy has led the network’s broadcast team since 2001, FOX’s first year as a NASCAR broadcast partner. He was the 2011 recipient of the esteemed Henry T. McLemore Journalism Award, recognizing career excellence in the field, as well as the 2018 Motorsports Association (NCMA) Jim Hunter Memorial Media Award.

JEFF GORDON Four-time NASCAR CUP SERIES champion and 2019 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee , one of the most iconic names in racing, returns to FOX NASCAR in 2020 as a race analyst for the fifth consecutive year. Gordon, who sits third on NASCAR’s all-time wins list with 93 victories, is one of the most versatile drivers of his era and is credited with helping take NASCAR mainstream in the 1990s.

ADAM ALEXANDER Adam Alexander calls play-by-play for FOX NASCAR’s NASCAR XFINITY SERIES coverage, a position to which he was assigned in FOX’s inaugural season covering the series (2015). He also co-hosts NASCAR RACE HUB and plays a significant role in network hosting coverage of FOX NASCAR races. Alexander handled play-by-play for FS1 in the NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES for the 2014 and 2015 seasons and served in the same capacity for TNT’s coverage of the NASCAR CUP SERIES for five years (2010-’14).

MICHAEL WALTRIP , two-time DAYTONA 500 champion and NASCAR CUP SERIES driver for 33 years, serves as an analyst for FOX NASCAR’s coverage of the NASCAR CUP SERIES, NASCAR XFINITY SERIES and NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES. Waltrip, who also was a NASCAR team owner, has been a member of FOX Sports’ Cup Series coverage since 2012 and its Truck Series team since 2004. VINCE WELCH calls play-by-play for FOX NASCAR’s coverage of the NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES, in addition to his duties as a pit reporter for the NASCAR CUP SERIES. Welch, a broadcasting veteran of more than 30 years, also calls college basketball games for FOX Sports and covered the IndyCar Series for 18 years, in addition to his role as a college football sideline reporter earlier in his career.

JESSI LOSADA Jessi Losada is one of the most renowned sports broadcasters in the history of Hispanic television. Losada joined FOX Deportes in September 2015 as host and play- by-play announcer for an array of properties, including NFL, college football, PBC and FUTUROS YLEYENDAS. Losada hosts FOX Deportes’ coverage live from his hometown of and contributes exclusive interviews.

REPORTERS

MATT YOCUM , an original member of the FOX NASCAR on-air team since its 2001 debut, returns as a pit reporter in 2020 for his 20th consecutive season and his 20th consecutive DAYTONA 500 on pit road for live TV coverage of the “Great American Race,” a NASCAR broadcasting record. In 2001, he joined FOX, as well as NBC/TNT, in a trailblazing scenario that made him the only broadcaster in the sport’s history to work every NASCAR CUP SERIES network TV broadcast for six straight years.

JAMIE LITTLE , in her 19th year as a broadcaster, covers pit road for the NASCAR CUP SERIES and NASCAR XFINITY SERIES. She also has covered the IndyCar Series 2004-’14), Winter and Summer X Games telecasts. Little was the first female pit reporter for the television broadcast of the prestigious 500 (2004), and in 2015, became the first female pit reporter to cover both the DAYTONA 500 and the for network TV’s live, flag-to-flag race coverage. REGAN SMITH Veteran NASCAR driver is a NASCAR CUP SERIES and NASCAR XFINITY SERIES pit reporter. Smith, still an active NASCAR driver, also serves as a NASCAR RACE HUB and NASCAR RACEDAY analyst. Behind the wheel, Smith won the prestigious at in 2011 and 2008 NASCAR CUP SERIES Rookie of the Year honors.

ALEX CAVANNA Alan Cavanna is a pit reporter for the NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES and a reporter for NASCAR RACE HUB and NASCAR RACEDAY. Cavanna was named “Broadcaster of the Year” by the National Motorsports Press Association (NMPA) in 2013, 2016 and 2017, and is a two-time NMPA winner in Spot News (2016 and 2017).

STUDIO HOSTS

SHANNON SPAKE hosts FOX NASCAR’s race coverage, handling all anchor duties for NASCAR CUP SERIES and NASCAR XFINITY SERIES races and prerace shows live from FOX Sports’ state-of-the-art virtual studio set. She also co-hosts NASCAR RACE HUB and serves as a FOX NFL sideline reporter.

KAITLYN VINCIE Kaitlyn Vincie returns to the FOX NASCAR team in 2020 in an expanded role, adding host of NASCAR RACE HUB-WEEKEND EDITION to her resume. She also continues as host of FS1’s NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES prerace show, NASCAR RACEDAY-TRUCK SERIES, a role assumed in 2019, and continues as a reporter for NASCAR RACE HUB, and NASCAR RACEDAY. STUDIO ANALYSTS

LARRY MCREYNOLDS Affectionately known as “America’s crew chief,” two-time DAYTONA 500 champion crew chief Larry McReynolds joined FOX NASCAR’s original broadcast team as a race analyst in 2001. He served as a NASCAR CUP SERIES crew chief from 1985-2000, amassing 23 Cup wins and leading seven-time champion to the elusive Daytona 500 victory in 1998. McReynolds was named to the Copenhagen/Skoal All-Pro Team, an all-star “who’s who” of crew members, for five straight years (1991-‘95), and the 1998 UAW GM Teamwork of Excellence award.

JAMIE MCMURRAY Jamie McMurray joined FOX Sports for 2019 as a NASCAR analyst for NASCAR RACE HUB and NASCAR RACEDAY, following his driving duties in the season’s DAYTONA 500. McMurray scored a win in his second-career Cup Series start -- the quickest series win ever. He won seven Cup Series races in his career and made the NASCAR CUP SERIES playoffs in three consecutive years, from 2015 to 2017.

RICKY CRAVEN , veteran NASCAR driver and longtime television analyst, joined the FOX NASCAR on-air team in 2019. The 1991 NASCAR XFINITY SERIES champion and multi- race winner competed in the NASCAR CUP SERIES for 11 seasons following his runner-up finish in the NASCAR XFINITY SERIES point standings in 1993 and 1994. He also earned Rookie of the Year titles in the NASCAR XFINITY SERIES (1992) and NASCAR CUP SERIES (1995).

BOBBY LABONTE Former NASCAR CUP SERIES champion serves as a FOX NASCAR analyst for the network’s studio coverage, sharing his expertise across more than 30 years of professional racing on NASCAR RACE HUB and NASCAR RACEDAY. A 32-time NASCAR race winner, he was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in January 2020 and is one of only four drivers in NASCAR history to win a NASCAR CUP SERIES (2000) and NASCAR XFINITY SERIES (1991) championship. PHIL PARSONS FOX NASCAR analyst and former driver has been a member of the FOX Sports family’s coverage of the NASCAR GANDER RV & OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES since SPEED’s first series telecast in February 2003 from Daytona International Speedway. In 2020, he joins the studio crew as an analyst for FOX Sports’ Truck Series’ prerace show, NASCAR RACEDAY-TRUCK SERIES, after 17 years as a race analyst.

TODD BODINE Two-time NASCAR GANDER & RV OUTDOORS TRUCK SERIES champion is an analyst for NASCAR RACEDAY-TRUCK SERIES, FS1’s Truck Series pre-race show. A veteran NASCAR driver, Bodine competed in the NASCAR CUP SERIES, NASCAR XFINITY SERIES and NASCAR TRUCK SERIES during a career that spanned more than two decades and nearly 800 career starts.

GISELLE ZARUR Giselle Zarur joins FOX Deportes’ NFL coverage after arriving to the network in 2019 following a decade at Mexico’s Televisa. Zarur contributes exclusive reports and interviews from Miami during Super Bowl Week and on Super Bowl Sunday for pre- and postgame coverage. A host of FOX Deportes’ Liga MX coverage, Zarur is also considered one of the world’s foremost Formula 1 experts. FOX DEPORTES SET TO COVER ITS EIGHTH NASCAR CUP SERIES SEASON

FOX Deportes returns in 2020 for its eighth season of live NASCAR CUP SERIES coverage in Spanish with 10 points races, beginning with the DAYTONA 500 on Sunday, Feb 16, and three exhibition events. The season kicks off with the non-points DUEL AT DAYTONA on Thursday, Feb. 13, which sets the starting field for the DAYTONA 500.

NOVEMBER 1999 FOX Sports reaches comprehensive agreement with NASCAR, giving FOX broadcast and rights for Nextel Cup and Busch Grand National Series racing from 2001-‘08.

APRIL 2002 The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences recognizes FOX Sports’ inaugural season covering NASCAR at its annual awards presentation. NASCAR on FOX coverage receives three Emmys, more than any single sports series, for its 2001 coverage. Despite having never broadcast a single race prior to 2001, FOX’s NASCAR coverage wins awards for Outstanding Live Sports Series, Technical Team Remote and Graphic Design.

FEBRUARY 2003 SPEED Channel joins FOX partners in delivering more than 75 hours of programming from Daytona Speedweeks (SPEED Channel had a little more than eight hours in 2002); SPEED Channel now in 59 million homes. NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debuts on SPEED with 1.03 Nielsen rating (576,000 HH), highest Daytona NCWTS rating since 2000 series debut at Daytona.

FEBRUARY 2005 CableCam, an 80-pound high-definition camera, is successfully tested during FOX Sports’ SHOOTOUT broadcast and for the first time plays a significant role in the network’s coverage of the Daytona 500. Suspended by a system of cables, pulleys and computer- controlled winches 30 feet above ground, CableCam is a mobile, gyro- stabilized HD aerial camera that can move anywhere within a rectangular box between the front stretch and pit road. FEBRUARY 2007 NASCAR on FOX introduces “FOX 3D” virtual replays that have the ability to illustrate on-track incidents in a manner never before possible. FOX 3D is able to present computer-generated visualizations from an infinite number of vantage points created from real-time data collected from each car on the track.

MARCH 2007 (Sports Event Analyst) and Jeff Hammond (Studio Analyst) are nominated for 28th Annual Sports Emmy® Awards for their work during the 2006 NASCAR on FOX season.

FEBRUARY 2008 FOX Sports introduces Gopher Cam, a small, stationary high-definition point-of-view camera buried beneath the asphalt track surface, inches below the yellow line. Four Gopher Cams are in place for the 50th Daytona 500, one in each of the track’s four turns.

FEBRUARY 2009 Digger, an animated gopher conceived by FOX Sports Chairman and Executive Producer David Hill, accompanies NASCAR on FOX’s in-race use of Gopher Cam. Digger, along with an expanded cast of friends, comes to life with full 3D computer graphic image .

MAY 2010 SPEED offers live coverage of the inaugural NASCAR Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony from the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C.

FEBRUARY 2011 FOX Sports unveils FOX Thermal-Cam, a special camera designed to register variations in the heat signature of objects in its line of sight.

AUGUST 2013 Less than 10 months after announcing a multi-platform, multi-series media rights agreement with NASCAR through 2022, FOX Sports and NASCAR extend agreement through 2024. JANUARY 2014 FOX Sports announces that for the first time ever, FOX Sports GO, the app that provides live streaming video of FOX Sports content, is set to offer live, streaming coverage of the 2014 Daytona 500. FOX Sports GO features two separate live streams of the 56th running of the Daytona 500: the customary FOX Sports broadcast in English and the FOX Deportes telecast in Spanish. MAY 2016 FOX NASCAR earns the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Live Event Audio/Sound, a category in which it has been nominated nearly every year since its inaugural year of NASCAR coverage in 2001.
