Deposit Signed catering contract and deposit required to reserve event space. Payment of 25% of total charges due at contract signing. Full payment of charges based on number of attendees is due 10 days prior to your event. Payments must be made by Credit card or personal check 2 weeks prior.

Food and Beverage All food and beverage must be purchased through the hotel. A food and beverage minimum of $5,000 exclusive of sales tax and service charge is required for menu tastings. All tastings will take place Monday-Friday from 3:00PM-5:00PM. Must be scheduled 30 days prior to wedding. A guaranteed head count must be submitted by 12PM, 10 days prior to your event. At this guarantee you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Additional charges will apply if actual guest count exceeds guaranteed count. Guarantee applies to all food and beverage. Choice of entrée must be submitted 10 days prior to event.
