DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS: The traditional farm buildings at Oakbank Farm i.e. those constructed from stone, have approval from the Lake District National Park Authority to be converted into dwellings. A claim for BPS has been submitted for 2019. The successful purchaser will be required to meet the BPS scheme requirements on behalf of the vendor until 31st December 2019.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES: Oakbank Farm has an Entry Level and Higher Level Stewardship agreement with Natural which expires on 30th April 2023.
