The Chief Executive is Elaine Lorimer. Topic of this consultation: The Consultation Paper has been produced by the Law Commission’s Statute Law Repeals team. It reviews the statute law generally and proposes the repeal of a number of obsolete Acts. Scope of this consultation: The purpose of this consultation is to generate responses to these proposals.
