Moran served as President of the Board in 2000, 2006, 2011, and 2013 and as Vice President in 1999, 2005, 2009 and 2010; and Whereas, William J. Moran received a Trustee Award of Achievement from the Ohio Library Council for distinguished service and innovative leadership in October 2011 and served on the Ohio Library Council Board of Directors from Jan. 1, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2015; and Whereas, William J. Moran chaired two successful Library Levy campaigns in 2009 and 2013; and Whereas, As a Member of the Board of Trustees, William J.
