SA13 (greenhouse emissions) & SA16 (local needs) - scored major negative at Publication stage, but neutral at Issues & Options. There have been no change of circumstances and there are a range of local bus services. SA17 (Waste) - scored major negative as considered to be designated waste site. The household recycling centre is on nearby land. SA19 (landscape) - the presence of TPOs on the site, should not score major negative as objective is to maintain and enhance landscape quality. SA20 (quality & distinctivenss of built environment) - scored negative (large greenfield site, out of character with settlement). Should be scored neutral (not unattractive brownfield site). SA21 (historic environment) - The site 'uncertain' (within or adjacent to heritage asset (100m) but scored neutral at Issues & Options stage. There are no heritage assets within or adjacent to the site boundary, so should be scored neutral.
