Well last week certainly had some lazy 25 goals 17 behinds. With that, I like the way Endeavour Hills “upset” winners, although Ashwood matches against Caulfi eld and then is developing and could upset and Moorabbin would probably Dandenong coming up, the Cobras Dandenong if they are “on” and the disagree there. The fi nal fi ve is as will be looking to the hit the fi nals in Red Legs are “not as sharp” as they good as sewn up, Ashwood winning fi n e f o r m . should be. With two Mt Waverley, where the Ashwood CAULFIELD VS SANDOWN rounds to play, Ashwood has two boys “came to play” and the Mt Caulfi eld has to win this and hope home games against Lyndale and Waverley boys were off the boil. At that Ashwood trips themselves up Endeavour Hills, two games they half time, the Lions held a 10 point either this week ornext. If Caulfi eld should win. The other aspirant for lead, but from there on, 7 goals loses, their slim fi nals hopes will be fi fth position, Caulfi eld is one game against 1 by the Woods and then 2 shot to bits. Sandown will be out to behind Ashwood, but their last two goals against 0 in the last make sure that is the case. I games are against Sandown quarter ensured that Ashwood honestly believe that the Bears at Koornang Park and Hallam ended up by winning by over 6 could win this one, but I also at Hallam. They are capable of goals and looking like shutting the believe that Sandown will win, and beating Sandown, should beat door on Caulfi eld for fi fth spot on win easily, leaving the Bears to Hallam, but it looks like they’ll still the ladder. wonder what might have happened fi nish one win less than Ashwood Match of the day last week was if they hadn’t lost a couple of and mothballs after round 18. held at Doveton, with the home side winnable games earlier in the Still, football is a funny game and taking on Moorabbin. season. anything could happen, but if I was A game once again played in heavy DOVETON VS MOUNT WAVERLEY a betting man I know where my conditions saw Moorabbin too good Doveton wont be pleased about last money is going! on the day to come out winners by weeks loss, especially at their home Last week Lyndale was no match 15 points. The Lions fell away in the Dandenong went to the lead in the consecutive weeks and will hope last half last week, and going on fi rst quarter and that was the end of to carry that form into the fi nals. that form into this week is not a the game virtually.
