HEREAS by an Act of Parliament passed Elijah Leonard. on the twenty-ninth day of March one William MacMaster. Wthousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, in the Asa Allworth Burnham. thirtieth year of Our reign, intituled " An Act for John Simpson. " the union of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New James Skead. " Brunswick, and the Government thereof, and David Lewis Macpherson.
