It is more than just a simple counting of every person within the East Liberty Concerned United States of America. About the Speaker Hill Community Benita Johnson is currently a Partnership Specialist with the U.S. Census Development Bureau. As a Partnership Specialist, Ms. Johnson conducts outreach in 7 Corporation counties to raise awareness about the census. She had previously worked with Highland Park the bureau for the 2000 Census where her team helped reverse a 30 yr trend of Community Development non-participation in the Southwestern Pennsylvania Region.
