Gone with the Wind is not Listed and is believed to date from the 1840’s having originally been constructed as a coastguard cottage. The cottage has been in the same ownership for over 20 years and is very well presented with recent updates including a modern white kitchen and a stunning bath/shower room that was only fitted in the early part of 2014. LOCATION

The cottages at Bass Point are approached over a long track with two farm gates to be negotiated and this adds to the incredible feel of detachment from day to day life. The South West Coast Path rises and falls over the surrounding headlands and is immediately accessible in front of the property. A short walk to the north leads to where there is a lifeboat station whilst an equally short walk to the west leads to the beach at Housel Bay and the Housel Bay Hotel which is open to non-residents.
