STUDIO TO STAGE LAUNCHES THIS SUMMER! Created to give the dedicated dance student a versatile and well-rounded dance experience, Studio to Stage is a performance program open to all dancers in third grade and up who have at least one year prior dance experience.

Studio to Stage is designed to improve technical training; introduce multiple dance styles; increase dance knowledge and history; provide performance opportunities and offer students the opportunity to create lasting friendships and memories.

Repertoire Class Repertoire Class is at the core of Studio to Stage. In this class students will apply the technique learned in their required ballet classes to re-create variations of popular full length Ballets such as , Swan Lake, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty and have the opportunity to perform these works in three mandatory performances throughout the year: a performance of The Nutcracker Variations in December, a Repertoire Variation in the Spring Recital in May, and a community based performance.

Supplementary Class As students’ progress in level and age, they will be required to take a supplementary class in either Tap, Jazz, Modern, or Hip Hop allowing them to learn and grow in a variety of dance styles. These supplementary styles will be included in the performances, widening their dance knowledge and increasing their appreciation for the art form.
