Directions to Blickling By Road: (Sat-Nav: NR11 6NF) On Blickling Road (old B1354, reclassified to C593), signposted off A140 /Cromer Parking: 400 yards Please note: we have two speed bumps at the entrance / exit of the main car park and one at the top of Lime Tree Walk. By Train: Bure Valley Railway in runs from Hoveton and stations only (1¾ miles); North Walsham 8 miles By Foot: Weavers' Way (Aylsham, 2 miles) By Bus: services from Norwich to Holt and Sheringham, alight Aylsham 1½ miles. By Cycle: permitted path alongside Bure Valley Railway

What do you need to bring? You’ll need a head torch, suitable running kit for the weather conditions and suitable trail shoes or trainers for the terrain. The route will be a mix of purpose built trail and stone paths and includes a few slopes but no killer climbs or descents!

Timing We hope everyone will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Night Run event and as such, there will be no timing or results available. You are welcome to bring your own timing device.

Event ‘rules’ • Dogs must be kept on leads at all times • Nordic walkers and walkers are welcome to take part and will be asked to start behind the runners. • Explorer route is open to all ages however children must be supervised by and accompanied on the course by an adult at all times.

• Adventurer route: 12+ (12-15 year olds need to be escorted by a parent/guardian who has entered the event too, 16-17 year olds can race unescorted but need parental/guardian approval).

Medical cover The safety of our participants is paramount. Should you require the services of a medical professional, please approach one of the marshals who will notify the medical team present on the day.

Toilets There will be plenty of toilets available approximately 250m from the start and finish area

Other attractions and events to look out for The muddy boots café will be open for pre and post drinks and snacks.

Where does my entry fee go? Night Run events help us to support essential ongoing conservation work. Your entry fee will go towards Blickling so you can be sure your money is being spent on conserving our special places.
