O R D E R

The notice issued to respondent No.2 is delivered as per the postal track-sheet. Sri.Vishwajith Shetty, learned counsel, to enter appearance for respondent

No.2 and he is permitted four weeks’ time to file

Vakalath in the Registry.

2. The petitioners are before this Court seeking issue of mandamus to direct respondent No.1 or the

Officers claiming under them from disturbing or interfering with the carrying of the lawful profession of

the petitioners relating to Ayurvedic Panchakarma

Therapeutic treatment.

3. The respondents have filed their objection statement. From the same, it is clear that only in respect of the cases that are being registered in accordance with law, action is being initiated as otherwise there is no interference if the petitioners adhere to the provisions of law and comply with the conditions imposed in the trade license as also the law governing the subject. Details of the cases that have been registered is also indicated in the objection statement.

4. In that light, a perusal of the interim order dated 09.02.2017 granted by this Court would in any event indicate that the petitioners would have the liberty to carry on with the practice without contravening any provision of law. In that regard the respondents in any event would have the opportunity of keeping a tab on

the establishments of the petitioners and if any illegal activity is found, the respondents would have the liberty of proceeding in accordance with law. In that view, granting a blanket order as per the prayer sought in any event would not arise. In that regard, if it is found that the petitioners are contravening any of the provisions of law, action shall be taken only after registering the case and all action be taken in accordance with law.

With the said observation and liberty these petitions stand disposed of .
