User registration is required to use materials in the closed stacks. (*For on-site use, application is necessary at the beginning even if you have previously registered online.)

Off-site photoduplication

Registerd users can request photoduplication (fee required) over the Internet and receive the product by postal mail or home delivery service. ・Duplication is limited to library materials and some electronic resources. ・Users are required to designate the material and specify the section to be copied. ・Delivery is by postal mail only.(Items cannot be collected at the library.) Requesting materials from the Kansai-kan

Materials held in the Kansai-kan can be delivered to the Tokyo Main Library for reference use. Requests can be made at the Kansai-kan Material Counter at the Tokyo Main Library or via the NDL Online. *Materials available: Foreign periodicals, Japanese doctoral dissertations, scientific research reports under grants from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, standards, conference papers and proceedings in foreign languages, technical reports materials on Asia (books, periodicals, newspapers, microfilms), etc. *Some requests cannot be accepted because of the form or condition of the materials.

For inquiries which require actual research based on the content of a specific material, please ask a library near you first.
