Bahrain is undergoing fast economic growth, anchored on a solid foundation of ongoing and future Congress Topics Certified Training Courses infrastructure projects. This event will promote the development and dissemination of innovative Offered solutions and best practices that will be needed to meet Bahrain’s infrastructure and safety needs. Road Safety Pavement Management As a regional event, this congress also provides a forum to discuss and showcase major projects ITS & Traffic Management and accomplishments in the entire Gulf region. This Regional Congress will consist of three main components: congress sessions, commercial exhibition, and certified training courses. Pavements & Materials NTCIP & ITS Standards The congress program will consist of plenary, executive and technical sessions featuring innovation Sustainable Transport AASHTO Roadside and best practices in the areas of road safety, intelligent transport systems (ITS), sustainable Asset Management Design Guide transport, pavements, and asset management. The program will also include a special workshop on tunnel construction, developed in cooperation with the International Tunneling & Underground Project Management Asset Management Space Association (ITA) and PIARC (World Road Association).
