Validation: Each lot of conjugated antibody is quality control tested by CyTOF® analysis of stained cells using the appropriate positive and negative cell staining and/or activation controls.

6 Recommended Usage: The suggested use is 1 µl for up to 3 X 10 live cells in 100 µl. It is recommended that the antibody be titrated for optimal performance for each of the desired applications.

Description HLA-DR or human leukocyte antigen DR is an MHC class II cell surface receptor that is a cell surface glycoprotein. HLA-DR is expressed on B cells, activated T cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and other non-professional antigen presenting cells (APCs). HLA-DR is critical for efficient antigen presentation to CD4+ T cells.
