Executive Summary The global fashion business is going through a period of intense change and competition, with disruption coming in many colors: global online marketplaces, slower growth, more startups and consumers who now seem bored by what once excited them. Many U.S. shoppers have grown tired of buying Prada and Chanel suits and prefer to spend their money on experiences rather than clothes. Questions about fashion companies’ labor and environmental practices are leading to new policies, although some critics remain unconvinced. Fashion still relies on creativity, innovation and consumer attention, some of which comes from technology and some from celebrities. Here are some key takeaways: High-fashion brands must now compete with “fast fashion,” apparel sold on eBay and vintage sites. Risk factors for fashion companies include China’s growth slowdown, reduced global trade, Brexit, terrorist attacks and erratic commodity prices. Plus-size women are a growing segment of the market, yet critics say designers are ignoring them. Overview José Neves launched Farfetch during the global economic crisis of 2008, drawing more on his background in IT and software than a love of fashion. Paris, March 20, 2017 MAISON FRANCIS KURKDJIAN JOINS THE LVMH GROUP Motivated by a shared vision of French perfume making and the creativity that inspires it, LVMH and Maison Francis Kurkdjian have announced their association in order to jointly pursue the long-term development of the fragrance House. Under the agreement LVMH will acquire a majority share in Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Marc Chaya and Francis Kurkdjian will continue in their current roles as Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director, respectively, and will remain shareholders of the company. Maison Francis Kurkdjian has since its founding in 2009 created contemporary fragrances characterized by excellence, savoir-faire and audacity. Consistent with the vision of the two founders, Maison Francis Kurkdjian is emblematic of a new generation of exclusive and atypical fragrance Houses. The House’s fragrance collection is conceived as a “fragrance wardrobe”. Committed to uncompromising quality in the unique tradition of French fine perfumery, the House at the same time proposes a contemporary vision of the art of creating and wearing perfume. PARIS, France — Can couture be modern? The question arises each season and the answers are almost as many as the designers and houses that are part of the calendar. Couture is both an anachronism, completely at odds with the present time, and yet probably the only place left in the modern luxury business where fashion can still produce radically progressive, soulful fantasies. This tension makes for fascinating results. And there was lots of dream-making in the couture week which closed in Paris on Thursday: a crescendo that started with the Dior circus on Monday, passed through Chanel's jolly villa affair on Tuesday and took off on Wednesday with the equally extreme, but almost diametrically opposed visions of Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli and Maison Margiela’s John Galliano, who were the undisputed winners of the season. In brief, the offering was festive, indulgent and at times escapist; full of decadence of every sort. It is not surprising: dire, divisive times like ours call for outbursts of joy and excess, for a frenzied dance on the edge of the abyss. If the world as we know it is rotting, why not front the debacle with shimmer and glamour instead of gloom and doom? If even a master of luxurious restraint such as Giorgio Armani embraces out-there, assertive opulence you have to take notice. -

PRESS RELEASE 05.06.2021 REPURCHASE OF OWN SHARES FOR ALLOCATION TO FREE SHARE GRANT PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMPLOYEES Within the scope of its share repurchase program authorized by the April 22, 2021 shareholders' meeting (14th resolution), Kering has entrusted an investment service provider to acquire up to 200,000 ordinary Kering shares, representing close to 0.2% of its share capital as at April 15, 2021, no later than June 25, 2021 and subject to market conditions. These shares will be allocated to free share grant programs to some employees. The unit purchase price may not exceed the maximum set by the April 22, 2021 shareholders' meeting. As part of the previous repurchase announced on February 22, 2021 (with a deadline of April 16, 2021), Kering bought back 142,723 of its own shares. Recently, there is notable interest in investigating the pharmacological effects of limonene in various chronic diseases due to its mitigating effect on oxidative stress and inflam- mation and regulating apoptotic cell death. Received: 24 June 2013; in revised form: 23 August 2013 / Accepted: 28 August 2013 / Published: 2 September 2013 Abstract: The volatile constituents of the essential oils of the peel, flower (neroli) and leaves (petitgrain) of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L.) growing in Greece were studied by GC-MS. The analytical procedures enabled the quantitative determination of 31 components. More specifically, the components of the essential oils identified were: twelve in the peel, twenty-six in the flowers, and twenty and sixteen in old and young leaves, respectively. The major constituents of the different parts of Citrus aurantium L. essential oils were: β-pinene (0.62%–19.08%), limonene (0.53%–94.67%), trans-β-ocimene (3.11%–6.06%), linalool (0.76%–58.21%), and α-terpineol (0.13%–12.89%). The DPPH test demonstrated that the essential oils in the old leaves had the maximum antioxidant activity, followed by the flowers, young leaves and the peel in that order. -
