You can view the applications on the Council’s website www.havant.gov.uk and follow the link to Planning Applications on the home page. If you would like to check on the progress of an application email: [email protected] Anyone who wishes to make representations should use the online public access service or write to the case officer, to the address below. Representations must be received no later than 14 days from the date this Weekly List was published (or the representations expiry date on the application details on the website, whichever is the later). We will only notify you in writing of the Council’s decision if you have made comments in writing or by e-mail about the application. Please quote the application reference number. All written representations received by the above date will be taken into account. The Council's Committees are held in public and although the name of a writer is not normally disclosed at a meeting, in many cases the substance of the representations themselves serves to identify the writer. Furthermore, all objections and representations will become available for public inspection. No action can therefore be taken on letters indicating that they are to be dealt with in confidence and no reliance should be placed on having made representations as to a similar application in the past. The Council posts this summary each week on the Havant Borough Council website.
