Pursuant to House Rule No. 23, the Clerk called the House to order. Representative Book was selected to preside under the Rule. The journal of yesterday was read and approved. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS The following bills were introduced: H. B. No. 510-Representative Carney. Cosponsor: Representative Domenick. To establish a dam construction permit pilot program that, with respect to an eligible dam project, establishes permit fee and bonding requirements that are different from the permit fee and bonding requirements otherwise required under applicable law. Said bills were considered the first time.
