Pinot Noir – 2016, Three Otters, Willamette Valley, OR 3.75 15.00 41.00 Aged in neutral oak and well balanced, this wine features blueberry and ripe strawberry flavors with a dash of baker’s spice and herbs. Red Blend – 2017, ‘The Gallivanter’ Donkey & Goat, CA 3.75 15.00 41.00 Produced from a family owned and operated winery based in Berkeley, California, this natural, unfiltered wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache, Mourvédre, Merlot, and Syrah that changes with each vintage. 27. Merlot – 2017, Boomtown by Dusted Valley, Columbia Valley, WA 3.00 12.00 35.00 Aromas of cherry pie, blueberry compote, and magnolia blossoms. 94% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Petit Verdot comprise this medium bodied wine with the firm plum finish with chewy tannins. 28. Bourbon Barrel Aged Reserve Tempranillo – 2017, Llano Estacado Winery, TX 4.00 16.00 44.00 A blend of 95% Tempranillo, 4% Graciano, and 1% Petite Sirah, this red wine has traditional wine aromas of dark cherries as well as subtle tones of tobacco leaf and vanilla. Cherry and cranberry- blueberry juice flavors make for a pleasing structure that allows for a tobacco finish. 35. Cabernet Sauvignon – 2017, Ground Effect, Santa Barbara, CA 3.50 14.00 39.00 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc aged 16 months in neutral French oak. Rich dark berries, stone fruit with hints of herbs and spice. Balanced tannins with a long finish. 36. Cabernet Sauvignon Blend – 2016, ‘the dude’, Napa, CA 5.00 20.00 53.00 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 15% Cab Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot and only 1000 cases produced. Red Cuvée Blend – NV, The Whole Shebang, North Coast, CA 2.50 10.00 30.00 The multi-vintage and multi-varietal cuvee is made from mostly Zinfandel blended with Carignane, Petite Sirah and Mourvédre and other assorted red varietals. A big wine full of dark fruit flavors and nicely balanced oak. 38. Syrah - 2016 Andrew Murray Tours les Jours, Santa Ynez Valley, CA 3.00 12.00 35.00 Translates to ‘everyday’ wine, this soft and smooth Syrah is full of ripe berry aromas and flavors. Red Blend – 2016, J Dusi ‘Model M’, Central Coast, CA 3.25 13.00 36.00 Dark berry flavors with a hint of toasted oak. Blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel comes from a family owned and operated vineyard that planted some of the first Zinfandel grapes in California in the 1920s. 40. Zinfandel – 2016, Theorize, Napa Valley, CA 2.25 9.00 28.00 Dried cranberry and pipe tobacco on the nose, with flavors of grenadine and pomegranate. Produced by the winemaker at Alpha Omega Wines, this wine was aged 10 months in 100% French Oak. 41. Zinfandel - 2016 Oak Farms Vineyard, Lodi, CA 3.50 14.00 36.00 Certified Green by the LODI RULES Sustainable Winegrowing Program, this bold Lodi Zinfandel has flavors of dark chocolate, cherries and spices.
