We also understand we are a unique regional resource and recognize the importance of working collaboratively with our local and regional neighbors. • Love for the outdoors – We instill a love for the outdoors and an appreciation for nature. We recognize the importance of the outdoors to our quality of life and health. We are committed to the preservation of the natural environment. • Leadership and Life skills – Through our recreational and educational programming we provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn and to demonstrate leadership skills, cooperation, responsibility, communication and sportsmanship. We encourage participants to utilize these skills in all aspects of their lives. Winding Trails is open 35 days per year. Each season offers its own special feel and programs for you to enjoy, from gliding across scenic Walton Pond, skiing the miles of freshly groomed trails, meeting new friends at summer camp, to cooling off in the spring fed waters of Dunning Lake. Winding Trails has something for everyone, it is the ideal facility for your family! 2 WINDING TRAILS RECREATION ASSOCIATION GENERAL INFORMATION MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES The membership at Winding Trails is made up of the following categories: FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Family Memberships include parent(s) of the same family and children of the same family up to 22 years old who reside at the same address. Grandparents and children over the age of 22 need to have a separate membership. INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP Individual memberships include single adults 18 years and over. SENIOR MEMBERSHIP Senior Memberships cover a single senior, aged 2 years or over. There is an additional fee to add a spouse. Proof of age is required in the form of a photo ID. WINDING TRAILS STAFF NANNY Camp Administrator, Renee Felter, ext. 12 [email protected] A nanny (or any caregiver) may be added to your membership. Nannies will receive a pass that allows Camp Director, Keith Garbart, ext. 14 them admission only if accompanied by the children [email protected] in his/her care. It is governed through a twelve member Board of Directors who are entrusted with the fiscal management Membership/Program Administrator, and policy development for the organization. The operation Kim Cavallari, ext. 10 of the organization is administered under the direction of the [email protected] Executive Director, Scott Brown. The organization employs 13 full time staff, approximately 200 seasonal employees and Outdoor Adventure Director, over 50 volunteers. If you feel you have expertise in fundraising, legal matters, construction, human resources, [email protected] landscaping, engineering, finance, marketing, strategic Recreation/Rental Coordinator, planning or other pertinent areas that would be of help to Bailey Dailey, ext. 11 us, please contact Scott Brown for an application and further information. Soccer Sailing You will be notified of these programs through our seasonal Softball Sailing Lessons newsletters, website and emails. Some programs may be opened Spring Day Camp Specialty Camps to non-members at a higher fee to support the class. Registration Tennis Softball for most programs can be done online on our website.
