Land adjacent to Cantlebury, Chapel Street, Hinxworth, Nr OIRO £80,000.00

An interesting opportunity to purchase this piece of amenity land that extends to .45 of an acre and which has a sizable and usable timber outbuilding in one corner of the site. Offered for sale by private treaty freehold offers are invited on our guide price. The land we expect will of interest to a purchaser wanting some independent land and there are numerous possible uses in the agriculture/horticultural area and/or long term development potential. The land sits outside the village development limit though does border it and is not classified as brownfield. It would not qualify for residential development in its present use.

The current owners have no further use for the site and have recently cleared the vegetation to show clearly the boundaries. The site is bounded by thick hedgerow on all sides with a secure gated access from the road.

It is recommended that viewing is done by appointment.
