Hurricane Danny Itinerary Changes HURRICANE IRMA UPDATE Sept. 6, 2017 – 2 p.m. ET We continue to closely monitor the path of Hurricane Irma. Given the current projected trajectory of the storm, we have cancelled the Carnival Liberty Sept. 7 three-day Bahamas cruise from Port Canaveral and the Carnival Victory Sept. 8 three-day Bahamas cruise from Miami. A full refund will be provided to all guests who were scheduled to sail on these voyages. We remain in constant contact with port officials regarding potential port closures in South and Central Florida. Given the uncertainty of the storm’s impact, we expect that we may have to shorten the duration of certain cruises scheduled to depart this weekend. In order to provide the most accurate information, we will inform guests of any changes to our departures no later than 48 hours prior to the sailing date. Currently, six Carnival ships are sailing on modified itineraries to maintain a safe distance from the storm. These are: Carnival Glory, Carnival Magic, Carnival Splendor, Carnival Pride, Carnival Ecstasy and Carnival Sensation. Guests who sail on shortened cruises will receive a pro-rated refund of their cruise fare. Guests who wish to cancel due to a modified cruise duration may do so and receive a future cruise credit equal to the amount of their cruise fare. Guests scheduled to cruise on these upcoming Carnival voyages are encouraged to sign up for text alerts by texting the codes below to CRUISE (278473).
