Novinarska Sekcija Rodopske Planine,Karpatsko-Balkanske I Dinarske Planine DAN PLANINA PLANINE SRBIJE Novinarska sekcija rodopske planine,karpatsko-balkanske i dinarske planine. Rodopske planine: Rodopske planine se prostiru sa desne i leve strane Južne i Velike Morave. Sa desne strane nalaze se planine: Dukat, Kođura, Besna Kobila,Vardenik, Čemernik, Radan, Ruj-planina, Seličevica, Stalaćka brda, Bukovik, Oštrozub i Resavski humovi, dok se sa leve strane protežu: Kukavica,Vidojevica, Jastrebac, Juhor, Crni vrh i Azanjske planine. Najpoznatije planine dinarskog sistema su: Bijela Gora, Biokova, Bijelašnica, Golija, Grmeč, Dinara, Durmtor, Žljeb, Zlatar, Zlatibor, Igman, Jahorina, Jadovnik, Komovi, Lovćen, Ljubišnja, Maglić, Maganik, Tara, Rumija, Hajla, Mučanj, Zelengora, Kamešnica. Karpatske planine se nalaze između Dunava na severu i Crnorečke kotline. U njih spadaju: Beljanica, Kučaj, Miroč, Deli Jovan i par manjih. Balkanske planine se nalaze Južno od Crnorečke kotline. To su: Rtanj, Ozren, Devica, Suva planina i Stara planina. Zlatibor je planina u Srbiji koja je dugačka 55 km i široka i do 20km. Najviši vrh je Tornik(1496m). Na Zlatiboru je poznato letovalište i zimovalište.Zlatibor leži u oblastima opština Čajetina, Užice i Nova Varoš.Južna i istočna granica Zlatibora su reke Uvac i Veliki Rzav. Ime Zlatibor je nastao od reči “zlatno”, odnosno zlatni i bor. Preko njega prelaze veliki značajni magistralni putevi pruge, među kojima je i pruga Beograd-Bar. Kopaonik,poznat i kao Srebrna planina,je najveći planinski masiv u Srbiji,koji se pruža od severozapada ka jugoistoku dužinom od oko 75km. Jedan njegov deo je zaštićena zona pod imenom Nacionalni park Kopaonik u okviru koga postoji veći broj zaštićenih prirodnih celina,a na njemu se nalazi i najveći skijaški centar u Srbiji. Njegov najviši vrh je Pančićev vrh sa 2017m. Ceo masiv je dobio naziv po velikom rudnom bogatstvu, koje je na njemu eksplatisano još od srednjeg veka, a njegovom širinom je smešten čitav niz kulturno-istorijskih spomenika iz perioda od XII do XV veka. Zahvaljujući razvijenom turističkom centru sa savremenim hotelima i pratećim objektima, Kopaonik predstavlja jednu od najpopularnijih turističnih destinacija u Srbiji. Šar-planina obuhvata prostor tri države:Srbije,Makedonije i Albanije.Najviši vrh ove impresivne gromade je Titov vrh(2747m) i nalazi se iznad Tetova u Makedoniji..Smatra se da je dobila ime zbog svog prelepog pejzaža i raznolikosti boja.Šar-planina pripada planinskom vencu Dinaridi.Prostire se na površini od 1600km,od čega se 43% nalazi na teritoriji južne srpske pokrajine.Planina je bogata klisurama,jezerima,izvorima i rekama.Planina je 1986.godine proglašena za Nacionalni park.Planina je takođe bogata raznovrsnom florom i faunom.Od biljaka najpoznatije su hajdučica Kralja Aleksandra,šarplaninski karanfilić,šarplaninski šafran...Faunu Šar-planine obuhvata veliki broj sisara,gmizavaca,vodozemaca,kao i oko 200 vrsta ptica:suri orao,tetreb...Osim toga,na Šar-planini boravi 147 vrsta dnevnog leptira,što je među staništima ovog insekta stavlja na prvo mesto u Evropi. SUVA PLANINA STARA PLANINA Suva planina je planina u Stara planina predstavlja jugoistočnoj Srbiji,duga deo prostranog planinskog 45km,a široka 15km.Sa venca,koji se naziva severozapadne i severne karpatsko-balkanski strane graniči se rekom planinski luk.U Srbiji se Nišavom,sa istočne strane nalazi samo njegov manji Koritničkom,a sa jugoistočne zapadni deo.Najviša tačka i južne strne Lužničkom Stare planine u Srbiji je rekom.Obronci Suve planine Midžor sa visinom od pripadaju opštinama:Niška 2169m n.v.U Bugarskoj je banja,Bela Palanka,Babušnica najviši vrh Botev sa ,Vlasotince i Gadžin Han. visinom os 2376m n.v. Zlatar je planina u jugozapadnom delu Srbije sa 1627 m nadmorske visine-Golo brdo.Nalazi se između reka Lima,Uvca,Mileševske bistrice.Zlatar pripada Dinarskim planinama.Na Zlataru se nalaze rudnici mrkog uglja i lignita.Svrstava se u značajne turističke regije,zbog povoljne klime,autentične prirode u kojoj se mogu razvijati sportsko- rekreativni,izletnički,zdravstveno-lečilišni,lovni,kongresni i turizam na selu.U blizini planine,nalazi se kanjon reke Uvac i i reliktne ptičije vrste Beloglavog supa.Nedaleko od planine nalazi se manastir Mileševa,kod mesta Prijepolje.Reka Lim i tri veštačka jezera:Zlatarsko,Sjeničko i Radoinjsko,bogati su plemenitim vrstama ribe i pogodna za pecanje i vožnju čamcem. Planina Avala ima nadmorsku visinu od 511m,smatra se jednom od najpopularnijih odredišta za duži boravak.Udaljena je od centra Beograda 17km.Sam naziv Avala potiče iz XIV veka,što znači “Golo brdo”,u XIX veku je pošumljena planina Avala.Na Avali je podignut spomenik neznanom junaku,delo Ivana Meštrovića,posvećeno junacima iz Prvog svetskog rata. PLANINA RUDNIK Rudnik je planina koja dominira Sumadijom.Nalazi se oko 100 km Južno od Beograda,odnosno 15km od Gornjeg Milanovca.Na Ru- dniku ima osam vrhova iznad 1000m nadmorske visine,a najviši je Cvijićev vrh(1132m).Najveće naselje na planini je varošica Rudnik. Značajan deo planine je pod šumom ,sa pretežno bukovim stablma a ima i hrasta,javora i mleča. K R A J .

Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.

Introduction Various floristic influences meet and overlap on the mountains of the Balkan Penin­ sula, especially in the centraI ranges. The genesis of the orophytic flora of this part of the Balkans, both before and during the Ice Ages, was most strongly influenced, floristi­ cally, from the direction of the Alps, the Carpathians, the mountains of Greece and Asia Minor. Naturally, these influences were not unidirectional. The orophytic flora of the Balkans, a region known as an autonomous centre of origin for many high-mountain plants, contributed in tum to enriching the flora of the surrounding massifs.

During the past eight years, extensive field investigations within the ongoing conservation projects in our country (e.g. Ecological Networks and Natura 2000), significantly increased the number of faunistic records, which urged the need for publishing the updated distribution of all three species of vipers in Serbia.

    Wulfenia 24 (2017): 143 –162 Mitteilungen des Kärntner Botanikzentrums Klagenfurt Distribution and conservation status of some rare and threatened orchid taxa in the central Balkans and the southern part of the Pannonian Plain Vladan Djordjević, Dmitar Lakušić, Slobodan Jovanović & Vladimir Stevanović Summary: Along with being a centre of plant species diversity and endemism, the Balkan Peninsula is one of the parts of Europe with the highest number of orchid taxa. However, the orchid flora in the central Balkans has not been sufficiently studied. The paper presents the distribution of ten rare and threatened taxa of Orchidaceae in the central Balkans and the southern part of the Pannonian Plain: Anacamptis papilionacea, Epipactis palustris, E. purpurata, Epipogium aphyllum, Goodyera repens, Gymnadenia frivaldii, Ophrys apifera, O. insectifera, Orchis militaris and O. spitzelii subsp. spitzelii. In addition to field investigation, checking and revision of herbarium material, literature sources were also used for supplementing distribution data. The distribution maps of these taxa in the central Balkans (Serbia and Kosovo region) and the southern part of the Pannonian Plain (Vojvodina) are created on a 10 km × 10 km UTM grid system. Data concerning their habitat preferences, population size and the estimated IUCN conservation status in the study area are provided.     ATLAS OF TOURISM POTENTIAL OF SERBIAN PROTECTED AREAS Dear reader, Serbia’s protected areas, the jewels of the country, contain nu- merous wonders of nature. A variety of rare, endangered animal and plant species can be observed in their natural habitat. Desi- gnating protected areas allows the provision of safe harbours for these species and ecosystems, which in many cases are unique. And promoting nature-respecting tourism and recreation in the- se areas not only allows visitors to explore these wonders, but also contributes to the livelihood of the people and communities who have lived in and shaped those landscapes over centuries. It is UNDP’s ambition, together with the authorities and people of Serbia, to support tourism and recreation in protected areas, so that you can explore their treasures. Hiking, bird watching, sport fishing, camping, but also adventurous activities, such as mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding or rafting, offer multiple opportunities for spending high quality time outdoors. Tourism infrastructure – like visitor centres, educational signalization, ob- servation towers and walking trails – are currently being built in all the protected areas to facilitate and guide visitors in exploring the nature, while enhancing the understanding and willingness to protect their unique character and inherent, rare species. JAKŠIĆ* University of Niš, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Biology and Ecology, Višegradska 33, 18000 Niš, Serbia ON THE NEW AND RARE LEPIDOPTERA IN SERBIAN FAUNA ABSTRACT: New distributional records are given for eight Lepidoptera species in Serbia. Ethmia lugubris (Staudinger, 1879) (fam. Ethmiidae) is reported in Serbia for the first time. Larval mines of Stigmella centifoliella (Zeller, 1848) (fam. Nepticulidae), photos of Hypercalia citrinalis (Scopoli, 1763) (fam. Amphisbatidae) and Cryphia amasina (Draudt, 1931) (fam. Noctuidae), as well as male genitalia of Leptidea reali Reissinger (1988) – Leptidea juvernica Williams, 1946 complex (fam. Pieridae) and Cryphia amasina are presented. UTM 10 x 10 km distribution map for three species is provided. KEYWORDS: Lepidoptera, Republic of Serbia, fauna INTRODUCTION The latest comprehensive checklist of Serbian Lepidoptera [Zečević 1996] revealed, among other things, that many families, genera and species had not been sufficiently investigated in the past, as well as that many species had not been found again for even few decades. The knowledge of the species is still insufficient: 1,355 species [Zečević 1996] compared to 4,104 species in Roma- nia [Rákosy et al., 2003], or 3,598 species in Slovakia [Pastorális et al., 2013], etc. As a result of a recent field research carried out predominantly in eastern Serbia, some interesting data for eight Lepidoptera species have been found. These faunistic data are presented in this paper. Among the recorded species, one Microlepidoptera species has not been known in Serbian fauna so far.

The following 11 taxa (3 liverworts and 8 mosses) are re- corded for the first time in Serbia: Cephaloziella varians, Conocephalum salebrosum, Scapania cuspiduligera, Bryum algovicum var. compactum, B. lonchocaulon, Cynodontium fallax, Dicranella howei, Grimmia dissimulata, Hypnum procerrimum, Seligeria acutifolia, Zygodon viridissimus. Two species occurring in the investigated area (Pseudoleskea saviana, Taxiphyllum densifolium) are red-listed in Europe and 19 species are included in the preliminary national red list of Serbia. Key words: bryophyte flora, Jerma gorge, new and red-listed species, Siæevaèka gorge, Suva Planina Mts INTRODUCTION After the publication of the checklists of bryophytes of Serbia (SABOVLJEVIÆ 2000, SABOVLJEVIÆ and STEVANOVIÆ 1999), thanks to in- tensive fieldwork in recent years, many new species have been recorded, which increased the number of the known species by almost 20%. The more recent state of the knowledge on the bryophyte flora of the country is summarised in the southeastern European checklists (SABOVLJEVIÆ and NATCHEVA 2006, SABOVLJEVIÆ et al. 2008). With the present paper about the material collected in Suva Planina Mts and its surroundings we continue to publish the results of our collec- ting trips organised by the Hungarian Natural History Museum in collabo- ration with the Institute for the Protection of Nature of Serbia.
