OFFICES AND AGENCIES COUNCIL Notice for the attention of the persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures provided for in Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP as amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/870 and in Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 as implemented by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/855 concerning restrictive measures against Iran (2019/C 183/01) The following information is brought to the attention of the persons and entities that are presently designated in Annex II to Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP (1) as amended by Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/870 (2) and in Annex IX to Council Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 (3) as implemented by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/855 (4) concerning restrictive measures against Iran. The Council of the European Union, after having reviewed the list of persons and entities presently designated in the above-mentioned Annexes, has determined that the restrictive measures provided for in Decision 2010/413/CFSP and in Regulation (EU) No 267/2012 should continue to apply to those persons and entities. The attention of the persons and entities concerned is drawn to the possibility of making an application to the competent authorities of the relevant Member State(s) as indicated on the websites in Annex X to Regulation (EU) No 267/2012, in order to obtain an authorisation to use frozen funds for basic needs or specific payments (cf. Article 26 of the Regulation). Ennek keretében az ungvári és beregszászi levéltárosoknak lehetőségük nyílt arra, hogy magyarországi levéltári rendezvényeken vegyenek részt, saját történelmük magyarországi nyomait kutassák. A magyar szak­ emberek pedig eljutottak a kárpátaljai levéltárakba, elsősorban Beregszászra, ahol értékes iratanyagot őriznek. A míregyházi levéltárosok - a Nemzeti Kulturális Alap által támogatott - ku­ tatást végeztek a Beregszászi Levéltárban azzal a céllal, hogy felmérjék, mekkora terjedelmű és milyen jellegű az az iratanyag, amely a történeti Bereg vármegye ma Magyarországhoz tartozó részére vonatkozik. Néhány fontos iratról fénymásolatot is készíthettek.

    Új adatok Győr-Moson-Sopron megye épületlakó-denevér-faunájához New data to the house-dwelling bat fauna of Győr-Moson-Sopron County KUGLER PÉTER1, HALMAI ZALÁN2 & ESTÓK PÉTER3 Abstract In the period May-July in the years 2015 and 2016 the survey of 174 buildings, mostly owned by the church in 130 settlements of Győr-Moson-Sopron County was conducted for bats. During the survey 8 species of bats were detected, bat traces were recorded in 64% of the buildings. Obtained results were compared to the similar survey of 1995-96 by Papp Károly and following tendencies were detected. Population of the Serotine bat has decreased by two thirds in the county; individuals of the species were detected in 10 out of 33 earlier inhabited buildings, estimated number of individuals having decreased to 138 from earlier 571. Estimated number of Greater and Lesser mouse-eared bats has decreased as well. The population of Grey long-eared bats in the county has doubled in the last 10 years, presumably because the species endures altered circumstances following restoration works of churches. The number of individuals in the colony of Geoffroy’s bats found in 1997 has increased from 80 to 400 and the existence of another colony in the region is assumed, based on the discovery of two individuals in Pusztacsalád. The population of Lesser horseshoe bats dwelling in the castle of Fertőd has decreased from earlier 26 to 19 individuals. Altogether it can be stated that the house-dwelling bat fauna of the county shows a decreasing tendency, the number of individuals in earlier known bigger adult colonies is decreasing or the colonies have left their earlier dwelling places due to restoration works.

Csurgó szivattyúállomási kapcsolat biztosításával kapcsolatban környezetvédelmi engedélyezést kizáró ok nem merült fel, a tervezett tevékenységnek jelentős környezeti hatása nincs, ezért környezeti hatásvizsgálati eljárás lefolytatása nem szükséges. A tevékenység megkezdéséhez természetvédelmi engedély, végleges erdő igénybevételt engedélyező határozat, termőföld más célú hasznosításra vonatkozó engedély és az illetékes bányafelügyelet engedélyének megszerzése szükséges. It aims to guarantee the effective and lasting preservation and protection of Jewish cemeteries and mass graves throughout the European continent. Identified by the Hebrew phrase Lo Tishkach (‘do not forget’), the Foundation is establishing a comprehensive publicly-accessible database of all Jewish burial grounds in Europe, currently featuring details on over 9,000 Jewish cemeteries and mass graves. Lo Tishkach is also producing a compendium of the different national and international laws and practices affecting these sites, to be used as a starting point to advocate for the better protection and preservation of Europe’s Jewish heritage. A key aim of the project is to engage young Europeans, bringing Europe’s history alive, encouraging reflection on the values that are important for responsible citizenship and mutual respect, giving a valuable insight into Jewish culture and mobilising young people to care for our common heritage.
