The Organisation constantly strives to ensure that the products supplied are of the highest quality and that they are produced 100% compliant with International Standards, where applicable.
All products are stringently checked through Goods- In upon arrival. The goods are boxed in clearly marked packaging with Relevant Standards, Description, Grade, Lot and Heat Numbers. They are also batched so that contents can easily be identified and traced back to source.
As a result the Company is able to provide Batch Traceability, Certificates of Conformity and Material Certification for the products on request, such that customers can be assured of receiving products fully fit for purpose.
Apex Stainless Fasteners’ Manufacturing Division utilises high quality raw material of European origin, with full mechanical and chemical certification.
All processes in house are fully checked through APEX’S CERTIFICATE rigorous inspection and testing, with a final approval OF APPROVAL inspection on completion, thereby ensuring that all Apex manufactured parts are Quality Assured and manufactured to a high standard. The Company have premises strategically located throughout the United Kingdom which ensures a prompt and reliable nationwide and international delivery service. This includes a next day delivery service for customers in the UK, together with ‘same day’ shipment on Export orders when specified.
Within the UK, Apex provides various delivery options for all ‘ex-stock’ items including as the norm a next- day delivery package, or by arrangement early a.m. services. Exports can be despatched within 24 hours of order. All shipments are securely packaged and clearly labelled with Full Carrier Traceability.
