Floice was born February 17, 1917 in O'Brien, Haskell Co., Texas, the daughter of John Henry Link and Jamie Floice Simmons. Floice came, from West Texas, with her mother and siblings to Fence Lake, New Mexico in 1932, the trip took 24 days in a covered wagon. She graduated from Atarque High School, and attended the University of New Mexico. Floice married Alvin "Doby" Northcutt September 21st, 1936 and divorced in 1941. Floice married a second time to Harold McLendon whom she latter divorced. Floice asked Jesus Christ to be her Lord and Savior during a Billy Graham Crusade in Albuquerque in the 1970s. She had an innate desire to nurture, which was evident in her love for her love for her family and friends. Floice had a contagious laugh and a beautiful smile which will be deeply missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her twin sister Loice Cleeta Link Stinnett, and older sister Virginia Link Bruton. She is survived by her only daughter, Sue Northcutt Andresen, who is married to Gilbert "Gil" Andresen of Pahrump, Nevada; granddaughter, Susan Andresen Aragon and husband, Damien Aragon their two sons, Adam and Mathew Aragon of Albuquerque; grandsons, James "Rusty" Andresen and his wife, Lisa of Cortez, Colorado, Mark Andresen and his wife, Rebecca and their two daughters Harlie and Riely Andresen of Pahrump, Nevada. Mr. Keys was born Jan. 22, 1938, to Lindsey Keys and Bennis Qualls in Farmington, N.M. He grew up and was educated in the Farmington public school system. After high school, Mr. Keys joined the U.S. Army in 1955 and received an honorable discharge at the rank of specialist 3rd class in 1958. He married Eardenia "Dena" Higgins, his lifelong companion, in Colorado in 1958. They lived in Bakersfield, Calif., for six years before moving to Alaska in 1967. Mr. Keys worked in the oil field service industry all his life. He was a production foreman for Atlantic Richfield Co. from 1968 to 1976, overseeing the Spark platform and the Granite Point production facility in Cook Inlet. In the summer of 1976, he and his family moved to Yakutat, where he was responsible for Southeast drilling operations. In the summer of 1978, he moved his family back to Southcentral, living in Palmer. He took a position at Prudhoe Bay as a drill site supervisor. In 1980, Mr. Keys worked as operational superintendent of Kuparuk oil field. Family wrote that he was instrumental in the development of this field until 1985, when he retired. Edmund was born in Rayville, Louisiana on December 8, 1923. His parents were Edmund H. Carter, Sr. and Sallie Carter. He was raised in Sterlington, Louisiana, graduated from Ouachita Parish High School and attended Northeast Louisiana Junior College. As part of the "Greatest Generation", Edmund served for 3 years in the U.S. Army, building bridges in France and Germany during World War II. After the war, he returned to Louisiana Tech and graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1948. He retired in 1984 after working for 36 years for United Gas Pine Line Company. Edmund served as a deacon at Lakeshore Baptist Church in Monroe, Louisiana and at Shreve City Baptist Church, where he retired as Deacon Emeritus. He was a lifetime member of the Barons of the Magna Carta and the Sons of the American Revolution. Edmund is survived by his wife of nearly 56 years, Jo Ann Carter; two sons: Charles Edmund Carter of Dallas, Texas; David Warren Carter of Bellingham, Washington; a daughter, Nancy Carter Molinaro of Shreveport, Louisiana and her husband John. Hamp was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, McNeil Lodge #440, Columbia Chapter #147 of the Royal Arch Masons, Council #74 Royal and Select Masters, Knights Templars of El Dorado, 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a recipient of the Pillars of Soloman Award. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #3 in Magnolia. Mr. Bussey was a graduate of Louisiana Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He was involved with the petroleum industry for the past 45 years in various areas ranging from Engineering to Management. At the time of his retirement, Hamp was the Deputy Director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission in El Dorado, Ark. He was a member of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and was on the Council of State Regulatory Officials for the years 1990-2000 as well as the State Review Committee for the years 1999 and 2000. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Peggy Larance Bussey of Waldo, Ark.; two daughters, Sandra Bussey Walker and husband Greg, Paula Bussey Wooley and husband Thomas all of Magnolia, Ark.; four grandchildren, Crystal Wooley of Taylor, Justin Wooley, Dusty Walker, and Adam Walker all of Magnolia, Ark.; one brother, James Bussey and wife Velma of Waldo, Ark.; mother-in-law, Loraine Larance of Ruston; one brother-in-law, William Larance and wife Diann of Dubach; one sister-in-law, Carol Smith and husband Joe of Tulsa, Okla.; one nephew, Stacy Bussey of Waldo, Ark.; one niece, Shelly Whaley and husband Leon of Magnolia, Ark.; two great nieces, Alexandria Whaley and Carlin Whaley both of Magnolia, Ark.; and a host of relatives and friends.
