1: Introduction Welcome to CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra, the ultimate high-def play back and creativity suite on the PC. CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra has a number of CyberLink products that provide you with the complete digital media viewing and authoring experience. CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra allows you to: • Watch movies in style with the world's #1 disc player • Burn music, movie or data Blu-ray Discs, HD DVDs, DVDs and CDs •Rip audio CDs • Author Blu-ray Discs, HD DVDs, DVD movies and slideshows with motion menus • Edit videos and photos with magical editing tools • Back up and restore your data • Create and print disc labels • Access useful disc tools (erase discs, create and burn disc images) • Drag and drop data onto a disc like with a floppy or other removable disks 1 CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra Functions All of CyberLink DVD Suite Ultra’s functions can be accessed from the CyberLink PowerStarter program. CyberLink PowerStarter provides easy access to a variety of CyberLink’s home entertainment software for whatever task you have at hand, from managing your media files and creating movies to organizing your disc content, burning discs and more. Copying a disc in memory and then writing the data to a blank disc in the same drive (known as “copying on the fly”). This can be useful when you just need to make a quick copy of a single disc. NOTE Nero Burning ROM will not copy copy-protected discs. Copying Discs to an Image File If you copy a disc to an image file, you can make multiple copies of that disc later without need for the original disc.
