I am responsible for chairing the hearing today and tomorrow and I am also responsible, with my fellow Assistant Commissioner David Latham, who is here, for analysing all of the representations received about the initial proposals and then presenting recommendations to the Commission as to whether or not those initial proposals should be revised.
