5 All negotiations including those about fees between the enquirer and the searcher shall be direct.
6 Record searchers must in all cases be prepared to work themselves at the record offices where the relevant records are situated and must not expect the record offices to answer a series of postal enquiries.
7 Record offices may charge fees in accordance with their current scales.
