Highlight of dishes on offer include; Red Curry Duck Stir-fry lemon grass, onion, ginger and garlic mix to make a curry paste and then pour in coconut milk to create the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the duck into the sauce pan with fresh Thai basil, serve with a cold crisp beer.
