PRESS RELEASE Construction begins on Sunnyvale Hilton Homewood Suites 4-story hotel is part of a new development vision by the City of Sunnyvale DECEMBER 13, 2018, SUNNYVALE, CA – Northern California developer SWENSON announces the start of construction on a 119,797-square foot, 4-story hotel, which will offer 127 stylish guest suites upon completion. Located on the 1.49-acre parcel at 830 E. El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, the new Hilton Homewood Suites will also include a subterranean parking structure level with 102 parking spaces. As the City of Sunnyvale gears up to revitalize El Camino Real through chain and franchise businesses with a full range of local and region-serving retail, the Hilton Homewood Suites project is an important piece in sustaining growing interest from the community. As the city continues to grow, the hotel will serve the public by providing a trend-setting hotel for anyone visiting Sunnyvale.
