All samples were screen for Acid Fast Bacilli (AFB) by Z-N & Fluorescent staining methods. Positive samples detected by fluorescent stain were 121(15.22%) when compared to Zn stain 71(8.95%). Conclusion Compared to Z-N stain (8.95%). flurochrome staining was found to be more efficient (15.22%) in AFB detection of AFB from cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Zoonotic Tuberculosis in Mammals, Including Bovine and Caprine

M. M. orygis and M. microti caprae has also emerged as an issue in some areas. This organism is now responsible for a significant percentage of the human tuberculosis cases in some European countries where M. bovis has been controlled.
