PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY

The know how of plastics processing has a fixed place in the KS SYSTEC. From the very beginning, we produce plastic tanks, reservoirs and preshaped parts for the chemical and medical industry.

The combination of the APM process* which we developed ourselves, processing on CNC milling centers, manual plastic welding and joining makes our production range interesting particularly for small and medium-sized lots.

Deep-drawing, especially of technical parts and our long-term of experience in plastics completes our production range.

For over 30 years, we offer our customers solutions using plastics and serving their markets in machine and equipment construction, medical equipment, chemical and apparatus engineering, galvanization technology and the IT branch.

*apm process (air press molding)

The APM process is an economical shaping technology which has been refined and perfected by KS SYSTEC over the years. The plastic material is moved into the intended mold of wood, resin or aluminum using heat, pressure, air and vacuum. This allows tool-related and efficient production even for smaller quantities and lots. It allows us to react flexible, rapid and in a customer-oriented manner to the requirements of our partners, especially for components requiring intensive modifications.
