GENERAL REGULATIONS

A. SERVING WIRE CENTER INFORMATION

1. General ˥ a. This section sets forth limitations on the availability of certain services that supplement the limitations set forth elsewhere in this Product Guide.

b. The services subject to the supplemental limitations set forth in this section (“Affected Services”) are those listed below.

Access Channels for Private Line service 64 Kbps and below DIGIPATH Digital Service DIGIPATH Digital Service II Foreign Exchange Service for Business Foreign Exchange Service for residential customers Group Channel Service Leased channels for: - Data communication - Facsimile communication - Leased channels for data transmission: - Local Area Data Channels - Loudspeaker paging and code calling communication - Remote metering, supervisory control and alarm signaling purposes (C) - Remote operation of a mobile radiotelephone system - Teletypewriter or other printer communication - Telewriter communication - Voice channels for use with subscriber-provided intercommunicating equipment Leased channels for data transmission: - Data Schedule 4 Channels - Off Premise Extensions station lines and Turrets - Private Line for Voice communication between two terminals of the line - Tie Lines NYNEX Enterprise Fractional DS1 Service

c. Notwithstanding provisions in any other section of this Product Guide, in multiple dwelling units where Verizon upgrades the network from copper to fiber facilities, all Affected Services will be withdrawn and thus will no longer be available to existing or new customers. Reasonable advance notification of the withdrawal will be provided to customers in such buildings who currently subscribe to such services.

d. Notwithstanding provisions in any other section of this Product Guide, the limitations shown in the following table will apply, in the serving wire centers indicated in the Table. A footnote in the Table indicates the specific services to which the footnoted limitation applies. The limitations in the Table apply only in locations where services are not withdrawn pursuant to subparagraph 1.c., preceding. ˩
