This Application Guide (“Guide”) is provided by Grammer Inc. solely to aid its authorized Distributors in identifying equipment models (“Application Equipment”) in which Grammer products may, with or without modifications, be used as replacement seats or replacement seat components (“Replacement Products”). Note the following:

• The model(s) identified as Replacement Products in this Guide may not be the seat or seat components in the Application Equipment as originally manufactured. • Information in this Application Guide is deemed to be reliable but the suitability of an individual Replacement Product may be affected or diminished by manufacturers’ or users’ modifications to Application Equipment, changes in manufacturing methods or standards for Application Equipment or the consumer’s use of the Application Equipment. • Minor modifications to the Application Equipment or Replacement Product may be necessary for proper installation of the Grammer product. Modifications should only be done by personnel having sufficient training and ability to determine necessary modifications and proper installation of a Replacement Product. • This Guide is intended only for authorized Distributors of Grammer Products. • Replacement Products are intended only for use in repairs of Application Equipment by qualified personnel and are not intended to be purchased by consumers or used as consumer, family, household or personal products. • Installation of the Replacement Product in the Application Equipment must conform to the installation and safety requirements for the Application Equipment as originally manufactured. Without limiting the foregoing, it is the responsibility of the installer of a Replacement Product to ensure that a) the Replacement Product is safely installed in and adequately secured to the Application Equipment; and b) after installation of the Replacement Product, all safety equipment and functions of the Application Equipment (e.g., Operator Present Switches) are fully operational. • Except as otherwise stated in this Guide, Grammer's products are sold pursuant to Grammer’s Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of sale, including without limitation, the Limited Warranties and Limitation of Liability set forth therein.
