Proposal: We would like to cut down a sycamore tree (T2) in our garden that is fast becoming unmanageable and is impinging on the Cedar tree which has a TPO (TPO 421 / 2017) on it (T1). We received a letter about the cedar tree in December and this brought to my attention the importance of that tree and how it might be affected by the sycamore if it is left to keep growing.
