By some estimates there are 150+ Exabytes of data in healthcare today and doubling every 24 months! In addition to the data, the amount of knowledge in medicine available in the form of publications is doubling every 18 months. The most important challenge organizations are facing is how to cope with the increasing amounts of data and knowledge and how to derive insights that matter in making decisions across the healthcare and life sciences applications.
