Nsw All Schools Touch 15 Years Selections 2014 NSW ALL SCHOOLS TOUCH 15 YEARS SELECTIONS 2014 Saturday 26th July - Sunday 27th July 2014 Sydney Academy of Sport Wakehurst Parkway Narrabeen Welcome to all Players and Team Officials from: Combined High Schools Combined Catholic Colleges Combined Independent Schools NSW All Schools teams will be selected from the following Associations: CIS (Combined Independent Schools) CCC (Combined Catholic Colleges) CHS (Combined High Schools) Good luck to all players, coaches and associations Saturday Draw – 26th July 2014 Round One Games Games played on Saturday will be 30 minute turnaround format. Final 12.35pm Girls ______ V ______ Final 1:10pm Boys ______ V ______ At the conclusion of the boys final there will be a short presentation to all teams. The 2014 NSW All Schools teams will be announced. General Playing Rules All games will be played under TFA playing rules. Draw will done on a rotation basis each year Teams will consist of 6 players on the field. All games will be of 30 minutes duration. Teams will change ends on a score. There will be no time off for injuries. Players are to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Only the team captain is to report to the referee. Team changes must be made in the designated sub box. In the event of a draw at the conclusion of the final a ‘drop off’ will take place, with 5 players on each team to start on the field. As we commence a new year I remind our community that we are celebrating the bicentenary of the Marist Brothers. Two hundred years ago Marcellin Champagnat founded a school in rural France to make Jesus known and loved. As we commence a new chapter in Marist life we are challenged to consider how this will look as the Brothers and the lay marist work together to reimagine a new Marist way for the future. It is an exciting time that will bring new life to our Marist project.

    EXHIBITION CATALOGUE MESSAGE FROM OUR CO-CHAIRS In 2019 we are celebrating 10 years of the Schools Reconciliation Challenge (SRC)! For 10 years Reconciliation NSW has been engaging young people and schools in reconciliation. Our theme this year, Speaking and Listening from the Heart has inspired primary and high school students from across NSW and the ACT to create reconciliation-inspired art and writing for the SRC. We continue to be inspired by the contribution these young people, from many different backgrounds, make to reconciliation with their talent and insight. We thank each and every school, teacher, principal, parent and student who has taken part, guided and supported students and each other. It is thanks to their dedication that the SRC continues to grow each year. We are grateful for their hard work and commitment in ensuring that schools are key contributors to reconciliation processes. In 2019 we received 415 art and writing entries from students across NSW and the ACT, each reflecting the theme and their perspectives on Australia’s ongoing reconciliation journey. It is a privilege to see the depth of engagement, insight and commitment to reconciliation in action that students demonstrate ACKNOWLEDGMENT through their art and writing entries. OF COUNTRY The quality of the art and writing entries we received made the selection process for the exhibition Reconciliation NSW hard work. Many of the artworks were developed acknowledges the collaboratively, involving classes or groups of students traditional owners of under the guidance of local Aboriginal artists, parents Country throughout and community members.
