1. NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough propose to make the following Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 32, 35, 45, 46, 46A, 47, 49, 51, 53, 84 (1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act.
The proposed Order will: 1) amend the Articles & Schedules of The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (Central & North Area) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2014 as listed in the First Schedule hereto; 2) amend the Schedules of The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (East and West Area) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2014 as listed in the Second Schedule hereto; 3) amend the Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (Hackney Carriage Stands) (Consolidation) Order 2012 as specified in the Third Schedule hereto;
