THE WORPLESDON SUITE

With its high ceilings and original features, our Worplesdon Suite provides the perfect setting for your special day. It can accommodate up to 65 guests seated for your ceremony, or 150 guests for your evening reception. It also boasts a private terrace with glorious views of the beautifully landscaped gardens.

THE DINING ROOM

Directly off the Worplesdon Suite you will find our delightful dining room, a space which also boasts high ceilings and original features. The dining room provides the perfect space for you to mingle with your friends and loved ones and dance the night away.

WEDDING PACKAGES Our wedding packages have been carefully designed to cover all aspects of your special day so nothing is missed. Packages are available for all weddings of up to 55 guests (sit down) and up to 150 standing. If you have a smaller number in mind, then please let us know and we can discuss alternative packages or ideas with you.

THINGS TO KNOW

OPENING TIMES 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, Sunday Private spaces are available from 12pm for wedding hire although should you require access any earlier it may be possible by prior agreement.

CIVIL CEREMONIES Fully registered to conduct civil ceremonies and partnerships for up to 65 guests from 12pm. Contact Guildford Register Office direct on 0300 200 1002 or email [email protected]. Cost £500 • Available from12pm every day

DISABLED ACCESS The is wheelchair accessible and the hotel has one fully accessible ground floor room.

VENUE/ROOM HIRE All are included within the package price.

PARKING Parking available on site for up to 60 cars. TRANSPORT 10 minutes car or taxi ride from Guildford or Station. Regular direct 30-minute line train service from to Guildford or Woking. Easily accessible from M25, M3 and A3.

ACCOMMODATION 28 boutique en-suite bedrooms on site, plus bridal suite. All stocked with a range of luxury bath and body products along with a selection of local goodies for midnight munchies – plus free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities. Access to Bridal Suite from 9am on day of wedding. All of our wedding packages include 10% off hotel rooms for guests (check in from 3pm).

SECURING YOUR BOOKING We are delighted to provisionally hold a booking date for your event for up to a maximum of 14 days. Should we receive another enquiry during this time please be aware that we reserve the right to ask you for immediate confirmation of your booking, or we may release the date due to popular demand.

CONFIRMATION, DEPOSIT & PRE-PAYMENT Your booking is provisional until we receive a signed booking form and a deposit payment of 20% of the agreed minimum spend. A second payment of 50% of the agreed minimum spend is required 6 months before your event date. Settlement of you minimum spend is due no later than one month prior to your wedding day.

CANCELLATION POLICY In the unlikely event of cancellation please take into account the deposit paid at the time of securing your booking is non refundable. In the event that you cancel less than 3 months prior to the booking there is a 50% cancellation charge.

AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to amend your quotation should your guest numbers and/or catering requirements dramatically alter between paying your deposit and balance. Amendments to guest numbers made after payment of the balance must be confirmed to the venue in writing and at least 7 working days prior to your event. No charge will be made for any reduction in guest numbers as long as they do not fall below 6 guests in total, and the venue receives notice of the reduction at least 7 working days prior to your event.

EQUIPMENT & EXTRA FURNITURE If your event plans require us to hire in any special catering equipment or extra furniture, we will let you know the cost implications to you well in advance.

SERVICE CHARGE We charge a reasonable £200 service charge. We think that by the end of your event you’ll feel our team deserve it.
