TRANSFORMING AN ICON For more than 50 years, Sun Bowl Stadium has been the home of the UTEP Miners, hosted one of the longest-running college football bowl games in the country, and become one of the most recognizable landmarks in the Paso del Norte region. Nestled in the Franklin Mountains, the Sun Bowl is one of the most unique college football stadiums in America. UTEP is excited to prepare the stadium for the next 50 years of service to our fans, residents of this region and visitors from across the globe. New premium seating options at the Sun Bowl will rival the best in college football. These options will include indoor club seating, outdoor club seating, loge boxes, suites, and a state-of- the-art club room (Sky Lounge), all of which will be located on the west side of the stadium. Fans will now be able to select the seating option that best suits their gameday experience as well as enjoy a wide array of enhanced amenities. HUNT FAMILY SKY LOUNGE The existing Captain’s Club level of the press box will be transformed into the new Hunt Family Sky Lounge. Included in the Sky Lounge will be four suites, approximately 80 indoor club seats and a large club room space/lounge. The lounge will be a premium, climate-controlled hospitality area with exclusive amenities including upscale cuisine and beverages; numerous flat-screen TVs; abundant space for fans to socialize; amazing views of the field, Franklin Mountains, UTEP campus and El Paso; elevator access; and private restrooms. Fans who have a suite, indoor club seat, loge box or section 5 outdoor club seat will have access to the Sky Lounge. INDOOR CLUB SEATS Situated at the front of the Hunt Family Sky Lounge, indoor club seats offer a climate- controlled environment, ease of access to various amenities and a premier view of the field. With approximately 80 seats that are all-inclusive of food and beverages, not to mention other creature comforts, this premium seating option will be one of the most exclusive and desired in the new look Sun Bowl. Loge boxes can accommodate four or six fans and provide easy access to the GECU Terrace, Hunt Family Sky Lounge and other stadium activities. It will also act as a gathering spot on game day, allowing fans to socialize and cheer together. The Terrace will combine the look and feel of a resort patio with a southwestern cantina, creating a festive, fun-filled environment. Fans can expect patio furniture, umbrellas, misters, heaters, numerous TVs and other comforts of home. Individuals who have a suite, indoor club seat, loge box or outdoor club seat will have access to the Terrace. OUTDOOR CLUB SEATS Outdoor club seats are a tremendous option for fans looking for a higher-end experience but still want to be immersed in the stadium atmosphere.
