Non-Client Check Cashing Effective September 1, 2017, as part of the continuing effort to enhance the efficiency of branch services, only select branches in New York City and New Jersey will provide check cashing services for payees without a Citibank® account. All other branches in these areas will direct non-clients to the nearest branch that can perform this service. This change does not impact any services offered to Citibank clients. Please consult the chart below for a list of the branches that provide check cashing services for non-clients:
