Chinmaya Vishvavidyapeeth is a newly established ‘Deemed to be University’ (UGC ) and promoted by .

CVV is located at the birthplace of -the great Indian philosopher, poet and the master of Advaita Vedanta. The focus of CVV is to integrate Indic knowledge in Contemporary knowledge systems. We believe that this integration will lead to innovation. Information about CVV is enclosed.

Chinmaya Vishvavidyapeeth, Veliyanad, , is organising an International Conference on the integration of Indic knowledge systems in Health, Education and Well-being from 16 -18 December, 2019.

Papers for the following tracks/ themes will be presented:

1. Education and Indic Knowledge Systems 2. Health, Yoga and Ayurveda in Contemporary systems 3. Knowledge, well-being and Consciousness

The second call is enclosed for your reference. The last date for submission is 10th August, 2019.

CVV is happy to host two excellent pre-conference workshops. One workshop is anchored by Prof. Kumar Ravipriya from IIT-Kanpur on ‘Fundamental of Qualitative Research’ . Second research methodology workshop is more emic in its focus, facilitated by Prof. D.S. Bhawuk from University of Hawaii. The pre-conference workshops are scheduled on 14th and 15th December and are indeed a very good opportunity for students, researchers and scholars , esp. In south . Both the Workshop Brochures are enclosed.
