Points shown in the Hotel List is based on per room per night basis unless indicated otherwise. 3. Exchange Point is a measurement unit inter-exchanged from vacation points in the form of reciprocal arrangements and is subjected to yearly renewal. The operator reserves the right to change or substitute the various accommodation units, amenities and facilities. 4. Under the Exchange Points Programme, an administration fee is chargeable for every confirmed reservation using points. The Reservation Administration Fee chargeable is RM53 (inclusive 6% GST) for resorts/hotels within Malaysia and RM106.00 (inclusive 6% GST) for resorts/hotels outside Malaysia as per Club Rules & Regulations. 5. A Guest Certificate Fee of RM10.60 (inclusive 6% GST) shall be chargeable for each confirmed reservation upon assigning reservation to guests. 6. Any reservation night that falls on Sunday to Thursday is considered “Weekday” while any reservation night that falls on a Friday or Saturday is considered “Weekend” unless specified otherwise for a particular hotel/resort. 7. Exchange Points require for reservations are subjected to change without prior notice and are subjected to surcharge during peak seasons, weekends and major conventions as stated or to be advised upon reservation. 8. Written reservation requests must be made through the Member Service Centre of Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad. 9. All reservations are subjected to availability of desired unit. 10. Additional requests (Extra bed, meal arrangement, late check-out etc.) will be at members and their guests’ own arrangement with the hotel/resort/outlet. 11. Cancellation of reservations: Written cancellation must reach Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad not later than 14 days before check-in date or reservation cancellation deadline of a specific reservation, whichever date is earlier. Cancellation lead time differs from resort/outlet to resort/outlet as well as seasonality. Cancellation deadline of a confirmed reservation is stated on the Reservation Confirmation Slip. Members are advised to check with the Club on cancellation deadline of a reservation if unsure. Late cancellation or no show shall result in forfeiture of points and payments made. 12. Guaranteed booking: A reservation is considered guaranteed booking when requested within 14 days prior to check-in/usage day, Points expiry or as advised by Member Service Centre of Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad. Cancellation of guaranteed reservations shall result in forfeiture of points and payments made. 13. RESERVATION GUIDELINES: 1. PLAN AHEAD AND BOOK EARLY You are allowed to place your booking as early as one year ahead to 14 days before your preferred check-in date. However, you are advised to book early especially if your travel dates fall under peak periods, festive seasons and school holidays, or, if you are requesting for a popular destination or room type. 2. AVOID SHORT NOTICE RESERVATIONS If you submit your reservation request within 1 month from the check-in date, the chances of getting a confirmed reservation will be lesser than if you submit your reservation 3 months or more ahead. 3. PAY ON TIME Pay your membership fee and other fees including Annual Maintenance Fees on time and maintain your payment account to current at all times. 4. PROVIDE MORE TRAVEL CHOICES Submit your reservation requests with at least 3 resorts or travel dates options. 5. ACCEPT ALTERNATIVE OFFER Consider alternative arrangement like other room type, travel date or hotel/resort. 6. Wait for your reservation to be confirmed before you book your flight. WAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION REQUESTS: 1. Walk-in and submit your Vacation Reservation Form to our Member Service Centre. 2. Fax your Vacation Reservation Form to our Member Service Centre. 3. E-mail your reservation request to our Member Service Centre. 4. Post your Vacation Reservation Form to our Member Service Centre. 5. Online Reservation Form – submit your reservation through Online Reservation Form which is available under Member’s Corner of Club Asia International official website www.clubasia.com.my . 6. WhatsApp – Send your reservation through WhatsApp application to 016-2174489. (Please note: This telephone number is solely for purpose of WhatsApp Reservation. For other membership matters, please call, fax or email us at our Member Service Centres) Note: Vacation Reservation Form is obtainable from any of our Member Service Centre.
